service, with bank-level securities coded into it for your data safety.
Our Client Portal functions for both our Quickbooks Online
Clients and our Quickbooks Desktop Clients. And you can access the client portal securely from any Web browser or Internet-enabled mobile device.
The PCF Client Portal makes it easy for Clients and their assigned personnel to communicate with PCF Outsourced bookkeeper in the following ways to save time and
costs for our Clients:
- All expense receipts, invoices, payroll submissions, transmission of HR information kept by PCF, bank statements, credit card statements, bank deposits, copies of checks related to an expense or
an invoice payment, etc. In a nutshell all paperwork needed to maintain an accountable and timely accounting & payroll system will be scanned to be a pdf at client office, and Client staff
transmits these pdf's in secure manner to your PCF Bookkeeper inside security of the client portal.
- PCF uses all documents to complete the bookkeeping entries and payroll processing, much quicker. Once entered the document is filed in the Client Portal document retention area, for later
access by approved client staff as needed, 24 hours a day.
- PCF and Client communicate securely inside of the client portal when PCF is in need of documents like Bank or Credit Card statements or for missing document needed during the account
reconciliation process, or direction on issues being worked. A secure two-way info portal.
- If PCF is contracted to handle your Accounts payable services the portal allows the clients to easily upload scanned source docs online at any time for scheduled processing by PCF and immediate
filing on the portal for review.
The Client Portal saves FedEx costs of sending packets of documents to/from PCF, lost paperwork, and other costs in managing paper versus cloud files to address an issue at Client location.
With automation tools like the Client Portal in between the Client and PCF it further ensures that reliable outsourced services save Clients from the need of added headcount, space, vacation
coverage, sick days, and employees leaving. While still ensuring the accounting and data management functions are current and readily available to Management requirements.
